We are a CHDO, (community housing development organization) with a primary goal of working with the Chester County Department of Community Development (and others) through their Decades to Doorways program in a collective effort toward the elimination of homelessness in Chester County, PA and beyond. 

Further as we grow it is our intention to help as many Counties and or Communities across the country as we can in a quest to push this noble endeavor of "lifting the most marginalized" toward lives as skilled, productive, healthy, employed citizens, who also happen to enjoy the rights of home ownership or not as we deliver Affordable Housing Solutions along the way.

As our claim of being an CHDO with a TWIST, we intend to not only become the preeminent Affordable Housing Provider in Chester County Pa and beyond, we will provide more.

Through our Life Source Programing, we shall further provide a Guide to Humanity, aimed at reaching each individual, delivering a sustainable pathway to life skills, skills training, credit repair, personal growth as we deliver a vehicle to "fairly compensated" employment opportunities, which shall place the participants in the pathway towards the status of healthy, productive citizens, with a realistic target of home ownership is they so desire.
